The Osseo Youth Wrestling club is an exciting program for boys and girls who want to learn wrestling skills through a fun and competitive program. This program has grown over the years to become one of the finest youth wrestling programs in Minnesota. Wrestlers who participate in this program can expect to learn a variety of takedowns, pinning combinations, reversals and escapes. In addition to the technical instruction, participants will increase strength, conditioning, flexibility and self-confidence.

Our club caters to wrestlers of all abilities from beginners to state tournament champions. We focus on developing young wrestlers from kindergarten through 6th grade.  We train at Osseo High School but welcome wrestlers from all areas regardless of future high school attendance.  Our coaches promote a positive learning environment and good sportsmanship from our club members.
